UAB “DPU systems”, company code 302442290, registered address: Gedimino pr. 45-4, Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “DPU Systems”) is the data controller for personal data collected through dpu.lt.

2. What Data We Collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect: full name, business name, city, email address, phone number (optional), message (optional), source page, and session language.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
- Responding to your enquiry – legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Service delivery – legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Legal obligations – legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years from submission or until you request deletion. Client contract data is retained as required by Lithuanian accounting law (generally 10 years).
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Data may be shared with: our email provider (Google Workspace), hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (EU), and competent authorities if required by law. All processors act under data processing agreements.
6. Cookies
Our landing pages do not set first-party analytics cookies. Google Fonts may set its own cookies — see Google’s privacy policy for details.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights contact us at kaplerisdomantas@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption and appropriate technical measures to protect your personal data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always at dpu.lt/en/privacy-policy/. Effective date: 1 June 2025.
